 Do I have to pay sales taxes?

In short, NO, our products are inclusive of all taxes the on screen price is what you pay. 

You may have to pay import tax/customs duties these charges are seperate from your shipping charge, if you need to pay these taxes your shipping carrier will contact you.

These taxes will vary depending on the country you live in, Amos & Abel have no control over these taxes.

 

Can I check out in my own currency? 

If you live in the UK, US, Europe, Canada or Australia then you can check out in your own currency, if not then you will check out in GBP £, which will be automatically converted into the latest exchange rates. 

 

 Refunds/exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@amosabel.com to request our return form.

 

What's your returns policy?

You have 30 days to return your product, however we are a very helpful bunch and want to help out as much as possible, so there may be something else we can do to help.

To return your product, please email us to request and complete our return form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
